4 Cures for the Inner Child Melt-Downs/ SF

I thought you'd appreciate these post-spring break MUST HAVES for dealing with the inner child melt-downs we all experience from time to time. Here are a few of my favorites.

Stressed out, angry, frustrated? For a smashing-good time, check out Sarah's Smash Shack. Sarah's Smash Shack, located in San Diego, California is a place where you can really let-loose AND get some physical therapy by throwing ceramic plates, saucers and other fabulous breakables against the walls of break rooms (all with protective goggles and clothing, of course). There are rooms that accompany VIP groups as well as a mobile unit for those that want the break-up session brought to them. Don't forget your MP3 players so you can smash to your favorite tunes. I can't think of a better way to celebrate a divorce, deal with an impossible boss or just take the edge off.

Next on the list are these shouting vases from the Japan Trend Shop. These plastic vases are designed to fit over the contours of your mouth and absorb your most angry, frustrated and generally pissed-off screams.

If you're short on time, but long overdue for venting, try Custom Road Signs. This free site allows you to type in your message and create a personalized hwy Internet billboard.
Very satisfying.

Ever wonder, if push came to shove, "How many 90 year olds could you take in a fight"?
Try this hilarious online quiz, and wonder no more. My inner child almost wet its pants.
