listening to this interview (click blue writing above) i learned that when the EPA was founded in the 70's over 50,000 chemicals were "Grandfathered" in meaning they were automatically considered safe! thankfully, i also heard about "goodguide.com". it gives the lowdown on all kinds of products. this interview is full of info and hope for our future. there ARE people who care. thanks, Daniel Goleman.
